📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the exploration strategy and oversee all exploration activities to identify and develop new mineral and energy resources.
• Manage and mentor a team of exploration geologists, engineers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Leverage advanced software such as ArcGIS, Petrel, and Oasis Montaj for data analysis and visualization.
• Conduct fieldwork and oversee drilling programs to collect and analyze geological data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies and local communities, to ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement innovative exploration techniques and technologies.
• Monitor and report on exploration progress, budget, and resource potential to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in exploration practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in exploration.
• Proven track record of successfully leading exploration projects, with a focus on mineral and energy resources.
• Certification in exploration techniques, such as those offered by the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) or the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG).
• Strong understanding of local geology and regulatory environment in the Bangka Belitung region.
• Proficiency in advanced exploration software, including ArcGIS, Petrel, and Oasis Montaj.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
