📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging English language lessons for students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Create and implement personalized learning plans to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials, including interactive lessons, multimedia resources, and educational software.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience and share best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).
• Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Teams.
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent is a plus.
