📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for AI and Automation
- Create and maintain business process documentation using Confluence
- Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Use Microsoft Power BI to create dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Manage project tasks and timelines using JIRA
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and risks
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and Automation
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic knowledge of business analysis concepts and methodologies
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Power BI
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
