As a Maintenance Technician (Handyman), your daily tasks will include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, ensuring that our restaurants and facilities are always in top condition. You'll work closely with our team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality, providing exceptional service to our valued guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential problems
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of service
- Use tools and equipment such as hand tools, power tools, and specialized maintenance software
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with maintenance management software such as ServiceMax or Workforce
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
