📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and work areas.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in the preparation of doughs, batters, and other pastry components.,Help in the assembly and decoration of pastries.,Assist in the daily operations of the bakery, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Pastry Assistant or similar role is a plus.,Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
