📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace.,Monitor and adjust ingredient quantities to maintain consistent product quality.,Assist in the preparation of doughs and batters for pastries and desserts.,Help in the decoration and presentation of pastries and desserts.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary foods as required.,Participate in inventory management and restocking of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hygiene and food safety standards.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
