📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages for banquet events, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Assist in event planning and execution, working closely with event managers and chefs to deliver seamless dining experiences.
• Manage inventory and restocking of food and beverage supplies, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on food and beverage service standards, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the banquet area is clean, organized, and ready for events.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in food and beverage service, applying this knowledge to enhance service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage service, with a focus on banquet events.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with excellent time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP principles.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Cvent or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language of the resort.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
