📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes.,Clean and maintain the kitchen and cooking equipment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
