Makmur Lestari Health Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our healthcare facility. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the center's operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare center, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the center's performance and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.,Ensure the center's financial health by managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability.,Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other healthcare providers and facilities to enhance patient care and service delivery.,Represent the center at community events and meetings to promote our services and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Proven track record of managing budgets and financial operations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
