Global Darussalam Academy is seeking an experienced and dedicated History Teacher to join our team for the 2023-2024 academic year. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching History within the IB Diploma Programme. This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be on maternity leave for the first semester of the academic year. We are looking for a passionate educator who is committed to fostering a love for History in our students and contributing to the academic success of our IB Diploma Programme.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Teach History courses within the IB Diploma Programme curriculum.,Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the IB Diploma Programme standards.,Assess and evaluate student performance using appropriate IB Diploma Programme assessment criteria.,Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events.,Attend professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends.,Fulfill other related duties as assigned by the school administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in History, Education, or a related field.,Teaching experience in History, preferably within an IB Diploma Programme.,Familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme curriculum and assessment criteria.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.,Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications required.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
