Optima Digital Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, as well as identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders,Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in the organization,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations,Providing guidance and support to employees on internal control and compliance matters,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organization's performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant audit software,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with internal control frameworks and risk management principles
