Link Zone Indonesia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our team in Sukabumi. As a Junior HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various activities related to recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
