📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT infrastructure.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Participate in system upgrades and migrations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.,Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.
