📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage healthcare services for clients, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.
• Assist clients with medication management, including refills, dosage instructions, and adherence support.
• Arrange and schedule appointments with healthcare providers, specialists, and other necessary services.
• Monitor and track client health metrics using advanced software like Epic Systems and Meditech.
• Provide personalized care plans and health education to clients and their families.
• Act as a liaison between clients and their healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Assist with emergency response planning and coordination for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest healthcare trends and best practices to provide superior care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Active Philippine license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare coordination or nursing role.
• Proven experience in managing patient records and coordinating care plans.
• Familiarity with healthcare software such as Epic Systems or Meditech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a good understanding of local cultural nuances.
