As a Patient Coordinator, you will have the chance to work with the latest tools and technologies, including our patient management system (PMS) and electronic health records (EHR) software. Your daily tasks will involve scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with medical teams to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain and update patient records using our PMS and EHR software.
• Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Assist in the preparation of patient materials, including consent forms and educational materials.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our regenerative medicine treatments.
• Support the clinic's administrative team by managing patient data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the organization of clinic events and patient education sessions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient coordination or a related role in healthcare.
• Proficient in using PMS and EHR software, such as EPIC or Cerner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and patient-centric approach to healthcare.
• Familiarity with the principles of regenerative medicine is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
