📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and optimize the assembly and coating processes to ensure high-quality and efficient production.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Train and mentor assembly and coating team members to ensure they are up-to-date with best practices and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues.

• Maintain detailed records of process performance and quality metrics.
• Ensure all processes adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly and coating processes in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of assembly and coating technologies and equipment.
• Proven track record of process improvement and quality enhancement.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
