📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects from start to finish.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.,Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
