📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and make hiring recommendations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
