📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.,Scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating with internal and external parties.,Maintaining and updating office records and files.,Assisting with the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.,Handling administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and procurement.,Providing general administrative support to the team.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Performing other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.,Strong communication and organizational skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial procedures is a plus.,Previous experience in a corporate or office environment is preferred.
