📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Manage the payroll process, including ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide training and support to junior accountants and staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience with financial reporting and analysis.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
