📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage returns and exchanges.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical or retail industry.,Proven track record of managing store operations and improving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
