Spot Space Unggul is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Baturaja. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use when needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.
• Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle use.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all necessary repairs and servicing are carried out.
• Track and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff members.
• Participate in company initiatives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
