📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.,Conduct regular cost analyses and provide reports to project managers and stakeholders.,Review and approve subcontractor and material quotes to ensure they are competitive and in line with project requirements.,Manage the procurement process for materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.,Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate cost risks and opportunities.,Provide expert advice on cost-related issues and contribute to the development of cost-saving strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in construction projects.,Proven track record of managing and controlling project costs effectively.,Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, and other relevant applications.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently, including to Jakarta for project meetings and site visits.🛠️ Keahlian
