📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Service Transition Management process, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and internal policies.,Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT service transitions, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.,Monitor and report on the progress of IT service transitions, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.,Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and clients to ensure a seamless transition of IT services, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.,Develop and implement best practices and standards for IT service transitions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.,Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.,Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance IT service transitions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Proven experience in Service Transition Management, preferably in a consulting or IT service environment.,Certification in ITIL Service Transition or a related field is a plus.,Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Familiarity with IT transformation and digital services is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global team.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
