📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Process and verify customer identification and account information.,Handle cash and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.,Provide information and guidance on banking products and services.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Report any suspicious activities or transactions to the appropriate authorities.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Ability to handle cash and maintain confidentiality.
