📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Performing a wide range of laboratory tests, including but not limited to blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Interpreting test results and providing accurate reports to healthcare providers.
• Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
• Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Following strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families.
• Participating in continuous education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Diagnostic Laboratory Nurse.
• Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) or a related field.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and laboratory information systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
