📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle cash transactions and parking ticket issuance
• Manage daily parking lot operations, including monitoring parking spaces and enforcing parking rules
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and customer information
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Work collaboratively with security officers to maintain a safe and secure parking environment
• Monitor parking lot security cameras and report any suspicious activities
• Perform other related duties as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a security or parking management position
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Valid ID and parking management certification preferred
