We are seeking a dedicated Associate Engineer / Technician to support our team in maintaining and optimizing semiconductor manufacturing processes.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers, using tools like LabVIEW and Matlab for data analysis, and Microsoft Excel for reporting. You will gain hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems. Training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to excel in this dynamic industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of semiconductor equipment
• Support process development and optimization activities
• Conduct routine inspections and tests on equipment and processes
• Document and report findings using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (training will be provided)
• Familiarity with LabVIEW, Matlab, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
• Basic understanding of English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
