📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform sterilization and disinfection procedures using autoclaves, chemical sterilants, and other sterilization equipment.
• Ensure all medical instruments and equipment are properly labeled, packaged, and inventoried.
• Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of sterilization processes to identify and address any issues.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control guidelines to maintain a sterile environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sterilization processes.
• Assist in training new staff on sterilization procedures and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CSSD or similar role in a healthcare facility.
• Certification in Central Sterile Services (CSS) or related healthcare certification.
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques, including autoclaving, chemical sterilization, and low-level disinfection.
• Understanding of infection control principles and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sterility.
