📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for AI and Automation
• Create and maintain business process documentation using Confluence
• Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Use Microsoft Power BI to create dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Manage project tasks and timelines using JIRA
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and risks
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and Automation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Basic knowledge of business analysis concepts and methodologies
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Power BI
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
