📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze IT procurement needs and develop procurement strategies to align with business objectives.
• Evaluate and compare vendor proposals to ensure optimal value for money.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best possible terms.
• Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Monitor and report on procurement spend, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of new IT solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT procurement.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on procurement processes and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT procurement, with a strong background in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Proven experience with procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Concur, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and services.
• Certifications such as Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or Certified in Procurement (CIP) are a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
