📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and order placement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain and update inventory records using SAP and Oracle systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and efficient stock management.
• Track and analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for procurement and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
